Valencia CF and Lawerta will pay tribute to the final season at Mestalla at every home match with the ‘Mestalla és Etern Collection’
This project will create posters that will leave a legacy of the final campaign at our stadium
The Valencian side are the fourth club with the most matches in the top national competition
Valencia CF will reach their 3.000th match in the domestic competition in the game next Tuesday, April 21 at 19:00, at Mallorca Son Moix against RCD Mallorca.
The first match of the Valencian side in the First Division was on November 22, 1931 at Sarriá against RCD Espanyol; one week later, they played their first First Division match at Mestalla against Real Irún.
Since that first clash, Valencia CF have won 1,303 matches in LALIGA. The first club in this ranking is Real Madrid CF with 3,097 matches and 5,113 points, followed by FC Barcelona with 3,097 matches and 5,016 accumulated points, Athletic Club with 3,097 matches and 3,843 points, Valencia CF with 2,999 matches and 3,836 points, and Atlético de Madrid with 2,949 matches and 4,110 points.

Throughout this time in the top national competition, the Club has won 6 league titles (1941/42, 1943/44, 1946/47, 1970/71, 2001/02 and 2003/04).
