An Academy full of values. As key elements in the development of male and female players. As key elements in the formation of people. The VCF Academy now introduces an updated research with the core values that make up the working philosophy that has been carried out for the last 30 years as the identity and DNA of Valencia CF shine through on the field of play.
"Educate people, develop footballers" is the phrase that guides every action at the VCF Academy in its twofold educational aspect. This motto is now explored in depth with comprehensive work that has been carried out over the last few seasons and which has been completed in recent months by the Psycho-Educational Department with a host of interviews, surveys and queries with various previous research studies and scientific articles to identify the values that define the working philosophy of the VCF Academy which define the style of play and the code of conduct.

Our philosophy has 3 core values: SENTIMENT, COURAGE AND FELLOWSHIP and our plan have a mission and a vision.
MISSION
To educate people and develop footballers capable of reaching and staying in the first team of Valencia CF or professional football.
VISION
An Academy that, with the best professionals in all areas, it is a worldwide reference in the comprehensive training of young footballers, preparing them both for elite professional football and to be exemplary in any area of their lives.

“This is the way we are, the way we feel”, epitomises the concept of this plan designed jointly with the VCF Academy Management and the Identity Department to put the ELITE player at the heart of everything.
That player that the VCF Academy nurtures that has led the VCF Academy to be recognised in recent seasons as one of the best in Europe according to the CIES Football Observatory reports, as well as being a finalist in the ECA (European Club Association) awards for its social action campaign #AcademiaEnComunidad and in the World Football Summit awards for its internationalisation strategy.
Those in charge of passing down these values and achieving these ELITE players are the technical staff and the workers of the different departments of the VCF Academy, both sporting and non-sporting staff, to whom the VCF Academy management presented the conclusions of this comprehensive work in a meeting that took place in the Mestalla stands which was also attended by the management and coaching staff of the women's first team.

Because values do not exist per se, they only last if they are passed down in every action on and off the pitch. And the VCF Academy takes on the challenge of passing down the core values that make up the playing identity and the DNA of Valencia CF.
