Valencia CF legends gather and celebrate Bonhof’s birthday by recalling the titles won in the 1978-79, 1979-80 and 1980-81 seasons

At this pleasant meeting were former players of the calibre of Arias, Tendillo, Robert, Saura, Manzanedo, Felman, Botubot and Bonhof himself

Numerous former Club players took part in this traditional gathering in which they recalled some of the moments, achievements and titles won, such as the 1979 Cup, the 1979-80 European Cup Winners’ Cup and the 1980-81 European Super Cup.

In this friendly reunion on the occasion of Bonhof’s birthday (29/03/1952), Valencia CF legends such as Ricardo Arias, Miguel Tendillo, Robert Fernández, Enrique Saura, José Luis Manzanedo, Darío Felman, Manuel Botubot and Rainer Bonhof himself were present, as well as Juan Carlos Fabregat (who played some matches with the first team in the 1979-80 season).
