Valencia CF achieved victory against Deportivo Alavés in front of more than 41,000 Valencianistas who attended Mestalla. In addition to the goalscorers of the night, another of the protagonists was Unai Núñez, who stood out in the defensive aspect.
The player from Portugalete was the second player in the match with the most involvement (78 actions) -only behind Guido Rodríguez (86)-, the third in terms of attacking volume (66 actions) -after Guido and José Gayà-, the first in the team in defensive actions (12), the one who made the most recoveries for Valencia CF (8) -second in the match- and the one with the most blocked shots (2).
Likewise, Núñez was one of the players with the best accuracy in build-up and progression plays: 94% success in total passes (61/65), 71% in long passes (5/7), 97% accuracy in short-medium passes (56/58) and 94% in forward passes (48/51).
