Following successful stops in Prague, Warsaw, Düsseldorf, and Brussels, this fifth event marks the grand finale of an initiative led by TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading company from Alicante in the residential, hotel, and vacation tourism sector, and a specialist in the construction and development of housing along the Mediterranean and Caribbean coasts, in partnership with Valencia CF, a club for which it is the main sponsor.
With this initiative, both entities aim to continue positioning Spain and the Spanish Mediterranean as an attractive destination for real estate investment, tourism, and a high-quality lifestyle.
In this context, the prestigious At Six Hotel in Stockholm served as the venue for the final international event of the 2024–25 season, which broke attendance records and featured the collaboration of LALIGA and the Spanish-Swedish Chamber of Commerce.

With a format that combines presentations and professional networking spaces, aimed at fans, potential and current clients of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, partner companies, and the business sector of each country, the event allowed attendees to learn firsthand about the investment opportunities offered by TM Grupo Inmobiliario on the Mediterranean coast.
