Cristhian Mosquera completes a full first round as a starter in LALIGA EA Sports 23-24
The Valencia CF defender has been a starter since matchday 8 and is the fourth player with the most minutes in the team
Valencia CF's Cristhian Mosquera has completed a full round of games as a starter (18) in LALIGA EA Sports 23-24. The Valencia CF center-back has been a starter since matchday 8, against Real Betis, and has completed all 90 minutes of the matches, except against Granada CF (89'). In addition to these 18 matches, he has also played against CA Osasuna, Deportivo Alavés, Atlético de Madrid, UD Almería and Real Sociedad, and in the Copa del Rey, against UD Logroñés.
Cristhian (27/06/2004) joined the Valencianista club in August 2016 and gradually grew and developed at the VCF Academy until he arrived at VCF Mestalla and, subsequently, at Valencia CF. His debut with the men's first team was in January 2022, in a match that pitted Valencia CF against C.D. Atlético Baleares in the round of 16 of the Copa del Rey.
His effort, work and sacrifice on a daily basis have led him to be one of the fundamental pieces in Rubén Baraja's schemes. Mosquera, who is only 19 years old, is growing by leaps and bounds as the matches go by, and he has already made 18 consecutive starts, playing all 90 minutes -except against Granada CF-. In addition to this, the Valencia CF player became, last January, the U-19 central defender with the most minutes in the 5 major leagues (LALIGA, Premier League, Ligue 1, Serie A and Bundesliga).
Perdormance in LALIGA EA Sports 23-24
Regarding his productivity in matches, Mosquera is the fourth player with the most minutes in the squad (2,116) -behind Mamardashvili, Pepelu and Hugo Duro- and the sixth in terms of volume of play in total actions (56.3).
