Valencia CF, new technical partner of FK Junior of Serbia
The Club, through the VCF Academy, become a methodological partner to contribute to the development of the Novi Sad-based club
The Valencia CF Academy have reached an agreement with FK Junior of Serbia to become a methodological partner of the Novi Sad club.
FK Junior are a club based in Novi Sad, the second-largest city in Serbia and the capital of the Vojvodina province. Founded in 2006, the club have more than 100 players and eight teams ranging from U7 to U12 level.
Valencia CF thus continue their commitment to expanding the VCF Academy methodology, which has been consolidated in recent years among the top 10 academies in Europe for the development of players capable of competing at elite level, according to the CIES Football Observatory.

“We have joined the Valencia CF Technical Partners Programme because it fits perfectly with our club’s mission to improve youth football development,” explain representatives of FK Junior of Novi Sad.
“As a growing club in a region with immense footballing talent, we consider this programme to be an ideal opportunity to adopt the top-level methodology of Valencia CF, recognised as one of the best in Europe by the CIES Football Observatory, in order to improve the quality of our training for both players and coaches,” state the Serbian club, recognised as the best academy in Novi Sad for the development of young players.
“This partnership will provide our coaches with direct access to the expertise of Valencia CF, allowing them to implement advanced training methods that could position FK Junior as a regional leader in youth development,” they add.

FK Junior of Novi Sad thus join the long list of international projects that make up the VCF Academy Programs, through which Valencia CF have a presence in America, Asia, Africa, Europe and Oceania.
“We are particularly excited about the opportunity to connect with the global network of partner clubs within the Valencia CF Academy Programs, which will open the door to knowledge exchange, international tournaments and potential future opportunities for our players,” conclude representatives of FK Junior of Novi Sad, Serbia.

The main objective of this programme is to strengthen sporting structures and the development of players and coaches at non-professional clubs or academies that choose the VCF Academy training methodology.
Clubs and academies linked to the VCF Technical Partner programme have the opportunity to travel to Valencia each season to take part in exclusive events such as the VCF Academy World Cup or the VCF Academy Coaches Convention. They can also enjoy VCF Academy Training Experiences for their teams at the Ciudad Deportiva, and organise VCF Soccer Camps or other sporting and educational programmes at their own facilities.

This new agreement, framed within the VCF Academy Programs, allows Valencia CF to continue expanding their brand image and the VCF Academy methodology. In recent months, the Club have added Dinamo Star SE of Hungary, FK Junior of Serbia, strengthened their alliance with The Bridge Jordan with the opening of The Bridge Saudi Arabia, and inaugurated the new VCF Academy in Morelia, Mexico.
Throughout each season, more than 5,000 players from 50 countries take part in the different VCF Academies, VCF Camps, Training Experiences at the Valencia CF Ciudad Deportiva, Coaching Clinics, among others, which together make up the VCF Academy Programs.
