In the quarterfinals, they defeated Real Madrid 3-2 in a thrilling match, coming from behind in the final minutes. In the semifinals, they narrowly lost to Atlético de Madrid in a closely contested game that ended 2-1.
Their final record was 3 wins, 2 draws, and 1 loss, with 12 goals scored and 7 conceded.
