The local vending company Teika put together a three-way match tournament at the Villarreal CF training ground that pitted Valencia CF Femenino, Levante UD Femenino, and Villarreal CF Femenino against one another.
The Trofeu Teika consisted of three 45 minute matches which saw all three Liga Iberdrola sides go up against each other. The first clash was decided on penalties which went Ángel Villacampa side’s way. Valencia CF Femenino fell to a 0-2 loss to Villarreal CF and the third and final match finished in a goalless draw and thus, Villarreal CF came out Trofeu Teika winners.
