Presence for VCF Academy in Spain's game against Georgia

Four players with a history in the VCF Academy featured in action for Spain on Sunday night, including two current Valencia CF first team members who got their names on the scoresheet.
In the game against Georgia, Jose Luis Gayà opened the scoring before the quarter hour. This was followed by Carlos Soler getting his second goal in as many appearances for 'La Roja,' for whom he debuted last week against Sweden.
In addition, Gayà had a goal disallowed for offside, denying him a brace. In his last eleven games for Spain, the VCF captain has been directly involved in seven goals.
Further VCF Academy products saw action against Georgia in the starting lineup: Abel Ruiz made an appearance, whilst Ferran Torres scored Spain's third goal before the interval.
