Valencia CF have reached an agreement with Hugo Guillamón to extend his contract through to the 30th of June 2026.
Hugo Guillamón (31/01/2000) joined the VCF Academy at just 5 years of age and has moved up through the ranks to the point of becoming a permanent fixture for the first team. He made his LaLiga debut on the 22nd of February 2020 against Real Sociedad in Anoeta and his first official game in Mestalla was on the 12th of June 2020 against Levante UD.
Since then, he has been a regular in the Valencia CF line-up, and at just 22 years old, he’s got over 7000 minutes under his belt for Valencia CF across all competitions, being a starter in the Copa del Rey final in 2022.
His versatility, quality and intelligence on the pitch has turned him into one of the biggest prospects in LaLiga, which has taken him to earning a callup to the Spanish national teams senior side after putting in brilliant performances moving up through the Spain youth system.
