Gayà: "We need to keep clean sheets again"
José Luis Gayà took to the VCF Media microphone after a 4-1 defeat to Real Betis to give his frank assessment of the defeat, and express the need for improvement.
The result
It was a difficult, tough game. We didn't come out with the intensity that we should have had, because this is a team who are at the top of the table and playing in Europe. We knew the difficulty they posed, and we didn't approach it as such. It isn't the first time that this has happened this season, in which we have come out switched off, and we can't give away so many chances and goals. We have to change the image that we show, and we have to focus on the game against Villarreal, which will be another tough game against good opposition. We have to finally keep a clean sheet, because we are conceding a lot of goals and making mistakes at the back. We have to change that.

The next match against Villarreal
We have to forget about this bad game, and focus on the next match. Villarreal have also not started very well in LaLiga, and we are dipping after a good start, but we have to change this however we can. We need to keep clean sheets again and be a solid team. That's what we need to correct for the next game, and we need to approach it with another mentality.
