Valencia CF complete second day of medical and performance tests 

The Valencia CF footballers have completed the second day of medical and performance tests, carried out at IMED Hospitales and at the Ciutat Esportiva.

“We divide them into working groups and conduct medical evaluations, mobility, joint range, strength… and what we do is divide the work into several areas: medical, and at IMED, cardiological tests, usually echocardiographic, electrocardiographic and stress tests to see how the player is doing before demanding physical work,” explained the head of Valencia CF Medical Services, Pedro López.

Preseason matches

Valencia CF will play on July 19 at 19:00 at the Ciutat Deportiva against CD Castellón; on July 23, also at 19:00 and at the Ciutat Deportiva, against CD Leganés; on July 29 at 20:30 at the Nou Estadi Costa Daurada in Tarragona, against Olympique de Marseille from Ligue 1 in the ‘AirCup’; and against Borussia Mönchengladbach from the Bundesliga on August 2 at 20:30 at Borussia Park to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the German club.

LALIGA EA SPORTS 25-26

The team led by Carlos Corberán already knows the schedule after the draw held by the RFEF in the town of San Juan de la Nava. Valencia CF will begin the national competition against Real Sociedad at Mestalla on the weekend of August 16/17, with the time still to be confirmed.
