Luis Rioja and his Valencian test

Valencia CF’s winger, Luis Rioja, has signed his contract extension until June 2027. Today, he accepts VCF Media’s challenge and takes a test to see how much he knows about some typical Valencian and 'Valencianistas' words and phrases.

In this challenge, Rioja answers the meaning of “cremaet”, “xe que bo” and “Amunt”. You can now watch the video on the Club’s official social media profiles.

It is worth noting that the player from Las Cabezas de San Juan (Sevilla) feels very identified with the Club, its fans and the city of Valencia - something he highlighted in his renewal interview.

“Not only what surrounds Valencia CF, but also the city. I have been very lucky to be surrounded by great people who make my day-to-day easy, not only during training and my daily work at the Ciudad Deportiva, but also in my personal life. I see my wife happy, just like my daughter. We’re expecting our second daughter and there is no better way than having her here in this great city because it makes us feel at home. It is something very beautiful and special to feel such affection from so many people,” he said on VCF Media.
