Valencia CF presented the Nuevo Mestalla Project to Valencia's city council this Friday.
The documentation consists of more than 1,500 plans and 4,500 pages that detail the approach for the Basic Project that was presented to the council on January 31st, 2024.
The Development Project specifies important elements such as the concrete structures, the metal structure, the roof, the facades, the installations (gas, plumbing, sanitation, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning, telecommunications, fire protection, elevators...) and the interior architecture of the stadium (floors, ceilings, walls, locksmithing, interior carpentry, paints, waterproofing, urbanisation and landscaping).
The presentation of all this documentation by the club represents an important milestone on the way to making the new stadium a reality, and is the step prior to the resumption of construction work.
