VCF season ticket holders will be able to have a digital pass to access Mestalla using their mobile phone or smartwatch
Valencia CF and LALIGA have joined forces to implement NFC technology at Mestalla, which will allow VCF Socio season ticket holders to use their digital pass at the stadium turnstiles.
The adaptation to the NFC passbook will start on Sunday, May 5th, in the match between Valencia CF and Deportivo Alavés. The club had previously made season tickets available digitally via a QR code, and this move to contactless NFC technology will make entry to the stadium easier and quicker.
This system allows tickets to be stored on mobile devices such as phones or smartwatches and scanned at turnstiles. By scanning with the circular icon on the contactless reader, fans will be able to access the ground. The measure allows physical media to be dispensed with, reducing the risk of a ticket being lost or being stolen, and ensures more fluidity at stadium access points.
The 2023/24 season tickets in physical form are multi-season, meaning that they can be used for the present season and for the next two.
For those with devices that do not support NFC technology, the current digital pass also includes a QR code.
To download the NFC passbook, follow these steps:
1- Access the Member Portal (https://portaldelsocio.valenciacf.com)
2- Log in with ID and PIN
3- Click on 'Download Digital Pass'
4- Receive an email and follow the instructions indicated within
Reminder of terms of use:
-Only the first entry to the stadium for each game will be accepted, with subsequent attempts not permitted.
-Fans may be asked for identification at the turnstiles -Sale to third parties is strictly prohibited -The club reserve the right to refuse admission
