Tickets for the 53rd edition of the Trofeu Taronja, in which Valencia CF will face Torino FC, are now on sale  

Valencia CF will play the 53rd edition of the Trofeu Taronja on Saturday, August 9 at 9:00 PM at the Camp de Mestalla, with Torino FC as the invited opponent.

The Italian side, one of the most historic and traditional teams in Serie A, has won the Italian league 7 times and the Coppa Italia 5 times. Tickets are already on sale and can be purchased through the Valencia CF app and official website.

If you are a VCF Member or a VCF Season ticket holder, you can enjoy discounted prices when buying up to 6 tickets.

This will be the second time that Torino FC visits our stadium. Back in 1953, they were the chosen opponent for a friendly match in which Valencia CF won 4–1, and during that game, the Valencian Football Federation awarded our legend Antonio Puchades the Medal for Sporting Merit.

In that match, as chroniclers of the time recount, Faas Wilkes captivated Valencia CF’s executives, and shortly after, he would become the first major international signing in the club’s history.

Valencia CF and Torino FC also share a common bond through the ‘Torino red’, the second most used color in our club’s history after white.
