The presentation took place at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna, where the players and coaching staff of the Valencia CF men's first team received their vehicles.
For the first time, an electric vehicle is among the models chosen by the players, and the Enyaq Coupé sports electric SUV joins the Kodiaq and Karoq.
The Valencia CF men's first team squad have received their new Škoda vehicles at an event held at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna. The main novelty is the presence, within the range of cars of the Valencia CF team, of electric vehicles, specifically several Enyaq Coupé.
The players chose several of Škoda's SUVs. In addition to the Karoq and the new Kodiaq, whose new design and impressive interior with its new infotainment system were highlighted by the players, the Enyaq Coupé, an electric SUV with sporty and elegant lines and generous interior space, was the latest addition to the range.
This handover of vehicles is part of the collaboration between the two entities that began in 2019 and was recently renewed until the end of the 2024/25 season with comprehensive support for the Club. In addition to being the official car of Valencia CF, the Škoda logo is visible on the playing and training shorts of the men's first team, VCF Mestalla and Valencia CF Femenino, which in 2020 became the first women's football team to be sponsored by the brand.
As part of this partnership, the squad enjoys models from the Czech brand every season. Among the vehicles chosen by each: coach Rubén Baraja and captain José Luis Gayà will drive a Kodiaq Sportline; Hugo Duro will have a Karoq Sportline; and the electric Enyaq Coupé will be the car, among others, of Hugo Guillamón.
