Valencia CF and Rubén Baraja have agreed a one-year extension to the coach's contract, through to June 30th, 2026.

This strategic decision represents an important milestone in the continuity of the club's project, as Valencia CF aim for further sporting growth over the coming years.
Since his appointment in February 2023, Baraja and his coaching staff have instilled competitive values and a solid foundation around which to continue building. Under his supervision, the Valencia CF first team have demonstrated personality, ambition and further qualities necessary at the club.

As a player, Baraja became one of the most outstanding legends in Valencia CF history. He won two LaLiga titles, the UEFA Cup, the European Super Cup and the Copa del Rey, making him one of our most successful players ever. Throughout his time as coach he has shown knowledge, leadership and the ability to grow alongside the club.
