A community driven by Valencianismo

On April 16, 2015, a new era began for the Valencia CF Foundation. With a clear vision of promoting our society through Valencianismo, we set ourselves three fundamental missions:

  • To promote the spirit and values of Valencianismo in our land and highlight the Club's historical heritage.

  • To support the less privileged members of Valencian society.

  • To foster a sense of connection and attachment to Valencia.

In order to successfully achieve our vision, the Valencia CF Foundation has three main areas of activity:

  • Culture and Roots: Heritage Department, Fórum Algirós, exhibitions, VCF Urban Art Route.

  • Social Responsibility and Solidarity - COR Blanquinegre: Escoles, VCF Inclusivo, ADN Mestalla Solidari.

  • Education and Health.

Culture and roots

Valencia CF are a century-old Club with a rich history that our Heritage Department researches, catalogues, restores and preserves. Trophies, historic jerseys and exceptional documents, such as the Constitutional Act that presides over the VIP Box at Mestalla. A manuscript of incalculable value, signed by our founders, as are the Founding Statutes.

The relatives of these pioneers had the opportunity to share the vision of their predecessors with the Club's new ownership, in a historic reunion that symbolised the union of the past, present and future. A past that was born in the legendary Bar Torino, located in what is now Plaza del Ayuntamiento in 1919.

At the VCF Foundation, we work to preserve our memory through the testimony of those who were part of it (Fórum Algirós) and through the images of those who immortalised it (exhibitions). The careful and attractive presentation of our graphic memory, shared with older and newer generations, helps us strengthen our roots.

However, our efforts are not focused only on the past. We also want to keep the Valencianista spirit alive among the new generations through innovative cultural projects that make use of new technologies to enhance the creativity of our fans (VCF Urban Art Route).

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SOLIDARITY - COR BLANQUINEGRE

Valencianismo has always been characterised by its solidarity, in decisive moments and with those who need it most. At the VCF Foundation, we want to channel that spirit of solidarity that flows through our veins towards all those initiatives that help the worthiest causes and the less privileged groups (VCF Inclusivo; Escoles Cor Blanquinegre).

The VCF Foundation always keeps its doors open to collaboration with all those organisations that share our values and our social and solidarity interests (ADN Mestalla Solidari).

EDUCATION AND HEALTH

At the VCF Foundation, we understand education as a value that goes beyond academic training. We want to promote innovation in sport from different areas, such as medicine, physical education, sports law and technology. We continue to strengthen the different Master's programmes, seminars, conferences and specialised courses delivered through our Training Centre, our well-established educational brand.

We encourage collaboration with universities and institutions linked to education and health (blood donation; the fight against cancer) and promote healthy habits among our supporters and society as a whole (INCLIVA).

Ultimately, we are united by the desire to make the Valencia CF Foundation a recognised and valued organisation. A Valencian and Valencianista institution that, through its values, its social commitment and its activities in favour of our land, fills not only Valencia CF fans, but society as a whole, with pride.
