Following tests carried out this Saturday, Valencia CF captain José Luis Gayá has been diagnosed with an injury to his right quadriceps muscle, sustained last Thursday during the match against Rayo Vallecano at Mestalla.
The fullback will undergo medical treatment and rehabilitation work over the coming days.
