MEDICAL REPORT | DIEGO LÓPEZ

Diego López, a Valencia CF player, successfully underwent surgery on Wednesday to repair the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in his right knee, which he suffered during the final league match of the season against FC Barcelona at Mestalla.

The operation was performed by Manuel Leyes and his medical team at Clínica Olympia in Madrid, under the supervision of Pedro López, director of Valencia CF’s medical department.

The Valencia player will remain under observation over the coming hours until he is discharged from the hospital.
