Valencia CF midfielder Javi Guerra took part tonight in Spain's friendly match against Iraq, played at Riazor as preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The midfielder from Gilet played 33 minutes wearing the No. 19 jersey.

This debut represents another step forward in his career after being an important player at the previous UEFA European Under-21 Championship and having trained with the senior national team in June 2025.
