Valencia CF Femenino have reached an agreement with defender Débora García for her to remain a Valencianista until June 30, 2027.
Debo, born in Barcelona on October 17, 1989, joins Valencia CF Femenino from Sevilla FC to begin her second spell at our Club. The player wore our colours for three seasons, from 2016 to 2019, making 74 league appearances and scoring four goals. She also played five Copa matches, for a total of 79 appearances.
Débora García is a player with great experience and seniority who arrives to contribute not only her footballing quality, but also everything she has learned during her 20 seasons competing in the top tier of Spanish women's football. She began her career at RCD Espanyol (2006-08), moved to l'Estartit (2008-10), before returning to the Barcelona club for four seasons (2010-14). In the summer of 2014, she signed for Atlético de Madrid (2014-16) before joining Valencia CF. In 2019, she returned for a final spell at Espanyol (2019-21), before moving to Sevilla FC, where she spent the last five seasons (2021-26).
The Catalan player stands out for her attacking runs down the right flank. The right-back possesses excellent technical quality and is very strong in defensive duels.
Débora García: "Returning to Valencia CF Femenino is very special for me. It's coming back home. It means being where I want to be. I'm going to fight every day to take this badge as high as possible."
