Valencia CF begins the first day of medical examinations and fitness testing

Valencia CF's players have officially begun preparations for the 2026–27 season by undergoing their scheduled medical examinations and fitness assessments, carried out at IMED Hospitals and the club's Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna training ground.

Pre-season fixtures

Valencia CF will play six pre-season matches ahead of the start of the 2026–27 LALIGA EA SPORTS campaign. Their first fixture will be against Petro de Luanda on 18 July, followed by CD Eldense on 22 July, CD Castellón on 25 July, Derby County on 28 July, Stoke City FC on 1 August, and Newcastle United FC on 8 August in the Trofeu Taronja.

LALIGA EA SPORTS 2026–27

Carlos Corberán's side now knows its league schedule following the fixture draw conducted by the RFEF in Madrid. Valencia CF will begin the 2026–27 LALIGA EA SPORTS season at the Camp de Mestalla against Real Betis on the weekend of 15–16 August, with the kick-off time yet to be confirmed.
