Valencia CF U13s, Premier League U13 champions

Valencia CF Infantil A were crowned champions this weekend of the Premier League U13 International Tournament, an international competition organised by the Premier League with the presence of clubs from England, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain, among others.

The Valencianista U13 side came through with authority in a tournament in which they finished unbeaten, clearly beating all their rivals, with Liam Videla also named as the best player of the tournament.

The team coached by Miguel Gandia started by winning 3-0 against Chelsea and 7-0 against Sunderland, then went on to beat Manchester United to reach the semifinals. In that penultimate round they also clearly overcame Bayer Leverkusen (4-1), before finishing by beating AZ Alkmaar in the final by a convincing 5-1.

This victory in the Premier League U13 in England reinforces the strong international performances of the VCF Academy teams, who also recently won MLS Next in the USA with an outstanding performance by the VCF Cadete.
