Tárrega: "I'm sure that we're going to get through this situation"
The Valencia CF player talks after full-time
Valencia CF defender César Tárrega talked to VCF Media after the loss to Real Madrid, reflecting on the 4-0 defeat.
The match
“The result is very frustrating. It’s a difficult time. Against teams like this, you can’t afford to make any mistakes, and those details cost us. There’s nothing left for us to do but to keep working and turn this around. The penalty really affected us. Mentally, these setbacks are taking a toll on us, and it’s hard to get back into the game. We have a lot of room for improvement in that area. Despite the defeat and the run of bad form we’re on, which hurts a lot, we have a lot of faith in the squad and the coaching staff. With hard work, we’re going to turn this around, I’m sure of it.”
The next game against Real Betis at Mestalla
“We have a duty to go for the three points against Real Betis. We’re going to work hard and give it our all.”
