‘Valencia CF visits your school’ kicks off a new season in Torrent
The Club will visit twelve schools with special attention to the centres affected by the flash floods
Last Sunday, Valencia CF welcomed Gregg Berhalter, the United States coach, to Mestalla. He attended the match against Getafe CF to follow Yunus Musah's progress in person, ahead of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. After the match, Berhalter was able to chat with the US international, with Gennaro Gattuso and with VCF MEDIA.
Mestalla
It's always nice to come to this stadium. It is a place with a lot of history and the atmosphere inside is amazing. The team had a very good performance as well.
Musah's performance
I think Yunus had a great performance too. One of the things that he has is that he is very secure on the ball. But he also had that final pass today.

The passion of Valencia CF
The history of Valencia CF is very extensive and the intensity of the stadium is well known. The shape of the stadium makes it intimidating for the opposing team and you could feel that. The fans were fantastic, there was a great atmosphere and the team played very well. This game was one of the best the team have played all year. Scoring five goals is always good. All the players did very well and it was a great team performance.
The 2022 World Cup
Like Valencia CF, we have a young team. We want to highlight the team spirit and how we work together. We want to have a good World Cup because we have a lot of talent. Now we have to put it all together to play well.
