Valencia CF to pay homage to Aduriz career against Athletic Club
The footballer played the 2010-11 and 2011-2012 seasons in the Valencia CF shirt netting 23 goals in 84 games.
Valencia CF will host Athletic Club on Wednesday at 7:30 pm kick-off time at Mestalla on matchday 33 of LaLiga Santander. The club will pay homage to Aritz Aduriz’ career to mark the occasion of his final visit at Mestalla after announcing his retirement from football on the 20th of May at 39 years of age.
Arirtz Aduriz played for two seasons at the club 2010-11 and 2011-2012 seasons boasting 23 goals in 84 appearances. Aritz Aduriz’s performances won him the rapport of the fanbase as well as earning him his first international cap for Spain in the Euro 2012 qualifiers, the day he hung up his boots, he admitted that Mestalla is one of the stadium that impressed him the most.
