Match Preview: EDF Logroño vs VCFF
VCFF will visit Las Gaunas on Wednesday the 4th of November to take on EDF Logroño at 5 pm kick-off time on Matchday 5 of the Primera Iberdrola. VCFF will be looking to return to winning ways coming off the back of a home draw vs Athletic Club.
VCFF have picked up five points from their opening four matches 3 vs Sporting Club Huelva (1-2), 1 vs el Real Madrid CF (1-1) and 1 vs Athletic Club (1-1), whereas they lost to UDG Tenerife (2-1). They are currently sitting in 11th place.
Their opponents have only picked up a point from their opening four matches of the Primera Iberdrola after a goalless draw against Sevilla FC. They are currently sitting in 15th place in the Primera Iberdrola table.
VCFF player, Carla Bautista sat down with VCF Media to preview their midweek fixture against EDF Logroño.
“We’ve got a congested fixture list ahead of us with four fixtures in two weeks in November. We’re looking to take all three points from every game.
They’re a direct opposition, they’re dangerous on the break but we’ll try to take the game to them and as I said before, we’re going to win it.”
