Mangala's lockdown reading material
Like many during the almost worldwide lockdown, Eliaquim Mangala has been indulging in a passion for reading. Besides training at home and, since last week, the Ciudad Deportiva, he has been using his spare time to catch up on some pending books on his 'To read' list.

The Frenchman has a particular fondness for personal development books, which have helped him to get through some difficult moments in the lockdown and his career to date. Mangala has provided three recommendations of books that he has recently finished, for Valencia CF fans.

‘In Search Of Wisdom’ is one of the books: A tome that combines philosophy, psychology and buddhism, it features a monk, a psychologist and a psychiatrist talking about what is really important in life.
'Sacred Journey Of The Peaceful Warrior' is a fiction book by Dan Millman, narrating the spiritual search of the individual, alongside a Hawaiian shaman.

The final book recommended by Mangala is 'Pep Guardiola Attacking Tactics' which analyses some of the strategies of the man who coached the centre back at Manchester City.
