Looking forward to football in Saturday session

A second week of group training came to an end on Saturday, with the novelty this week being the raising of the maximum number of players together to 14 in the LaLiga protocol. The next step for the Valencia CF squad will be when every member is allowed together in the same area at the Ciudad Deportiva, ahead of the return of league competition in mid-June.
Despite tiredness and hot temperatures over the past seven days, the team are happy to be back on course to restart the season. Eleven games remain, with objectives in sight and a close LaLiga table, and they know that they have to hit the ground running.
The increase in numbers has permitted an increased focus on teamwork and tactics, with solid progress so far from men working their way back to 100% fitness.
After the Saturday session concluded, players stayed behind to practice ball control and shots from outside the area, with goalkeepers and outfield players both showing their sharpness.
