Javi Gracia reviewed the Valencian derby in his post-match press conference following the 1-0 defeat to Levante UD, and talked about the tactical approach to the game.

"I don't believe that playing with three centre backs was the reason for the defeat. If I had thought it was not the best stategy during the game, I would not even have done it from the first minute. We adapted to our opponents' formation and I think we had a clear idea of ​​our gameplan, looking for spaces on the flanks. We weren't able to take the play to the wings. It was off a mistake from a pass inside that the goal that decided the match was scored."

"I don't have to convince us of what we are not. Our reality is what you see. Unlike the last away games, today's match was not lost due to a lack of attitude. The team might have made mistakes with some actions, but they had the attitude to compete in the game. We just weren't able to win.
