Full list of institutional events for Trofeo Naranja confirmed
This Wednesday the Trofeo Naranja takes place at Mestalla, returning after a year's absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Before the game against AC Milan kicks off, a series of tributes and institutional acts have been planned.
The stadium gates are scheduled to open at 7:00pm. An hour later, at 8:00pm, proceedings wil get underway around the ground.

First of all, there will be an official reception in the VIP box for the AC Milan delegation and members of the healthcare community. In the Sala Juan Cruz Sol room, gifts will be given to members of the Centre Artístic Musical de Moncada, the band which will play before the game.
At the beginning of the warmup on the pitch, the song chosen by fans through the Socios.com poll will be played and, after that, a tribute will be paid on the video scoreboard to the illustrious Valencianistas who are sadly no longer with us, such as Juan Cruz Sol, Españeta, Abelardo, Paco Brines, José Vicente Cuxart, Vicente Iborra, Alberto Arnal, José Manuel Reina and Valencian 'pilota' player Paco Cabanes 'El Genovés', who died recently.

Just before the match begins, when both teams take to the pitch, the Valencia CF players pose for a photo with the managers of the La Fe, Hospital Clínico, Hospital General, Hospital Doctor Peset, Hospital Arnau de Vilanova and IMED facilities as a tribute to health workers, a group that has been fighting on the frontline against COVID-19.
The captains of Valencia CF and AC Milan will exchange Fan Tokens, since both clubs have sponsorship agreements with Socios.com.
During halftime, members of womens and mens teams at the VCF Academy, as well as the Valencia CF DI team and the VCF Foundation 'Escoles COR Blanquinegre' project, will have a picture taken together.
Finally, at the conclusion of the match, the Trofeo Naranja will be presented to the winning team by Ricardo Arias, the club ambassador and player with the most seasons as a Valencia CF player of all time.
