Valencia CF have reached an agreement with the Football Science Institute, a leading online education platform in the study of sports science, to join the ‘VCF Innovation Hub’ as a Partner to the VCF Academy.
Through this collaboration, several members of the VCF Academy staff will have access to the Masters course offered by FSI. The club wish to continue promoting continuous training and learning, so that coaches have the best resources at their disposal and can establish a network alongside sports science researchers and scientists belonging to the FSI Faculty.
FSI's mission is to constantly update and disseminate scientific knowledge related to player performance and team success. FSI represents, supports and enhances the importance of science applied to football, achieving empirical results in the development of clubs.
CEO and founder of the Football Science Institute, Bernardo Requena Sánchez, commented that “Collaborating with Valencia CF is an enormous pleasure, as they are one of the biggest clubs in Spain. We are proud to be able to contribute to increasing the knowledge and tools available to the team.”
