In his hometown of Puçol, Claramunt spoke to VCF Media to look back on his time at the club. Along the way, he recalls the likes of Di Stefano, Mundo and Pesudo and the effect they had on his playing career, his love for Mestalla, and much more.
"I never thought that my aspirations would be so high, nor that I would get to play for Spain, nor captain my country or Valencia CF," explains Claramunt. "In my younger years, when I went to work in the fields, I never thought that I could achieve what I did in football and at Valencia CF."
