Agirrezabala: "We have to value the point and the clean sheet"

Valencia CF goalkeeper Julen Agirrezabala talked to VCF Media after keeping a clean sheet in the 0-0 draw with Deportivo Alavés.

“We're seeing that every game is difficult, and winning is very hard to do. We struggled in the second half, but we also have to be able to stay alive in games, and we earned a point that we need to capitalise on next weekend. The team were good in the first 30 minutes. As a team, we held our own defensively and kept a clean sheet.”

“We were hurt by the defeats, and these kinds of games are decided by small details. We have to value the draw and the clean sheet.”

"That will be another tough game, but this time at home and in front of our fans. We all want to pull together to get a run of wins going and be strong at Mestalla."
