This Monday, May 20, 2024, Mestalla celebrates 101 years of history. More than 100 years ago, our Valencian stadium opened its doors for the first time. Mestalla is named in honor of the main irrigation channel that ran along the south side of the stadium. It is worth noting that, in addition to having lived magical nights with our Valencia CF, the Valencianista stadium has also hosted numerous national and international matches, as well as having hosted the 1982 World Cup and the Barcelona '92 Olympic Games.
Review here some of the historical images of our stadium.
