Pablo Serna: “With the consolidation of our partnership with Valencia CF, both parties will grow locally and internationally”

Interview with the CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario on the renewal of the Main Global Partnership

Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario will continue their journey together for the next three seasons. The Alicante-based company — a leader in the residential, hotel, and vacation tourism sector, and a specialist in the development and promotion of homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean — will remain the Main Global Partner and Real Estate Partner of the Club. This new phase marks a joint commitment to key strategic milestones and shared projects. In this interview with VCF MEDIA, Pablo Serna, CEO of the company, discusses the main highlights and the importance of this renewed alliance.

The renewal of this partnership is the big news of the day. Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario together for three more years. Congratulations — I assume you're very happy to formalize this continuation, which is so important for both parties.

Yes, thank you very much. We are very pleased to begin a new chapter with Valencia CF. We were clear about it since mid-season, when we started the renewal talks. From a relationship based on trust, we want this new stage to strengthen our image and reputation in the Valencian Community, in the province of Valencia, and to fulfill our branding goals in Europe and Latin America.

Being Valencianista

We have that dual feeling of support and satisfaction because our brand looks proudly on the chest of Valencia, just like the team’s victories. When Valencia wins, we say that our family’s faces light up.

Valencia CF, TM and Nou Mestalla

We wanted to keep going—and we wanted to continue until the new stadium is inaugurated. One of the objectives you mentioned before was to be present for a third year, obviously. I believe this is going to be a historical milestone—not just for Valencia, but for the entire city and probably all of Spain. Among other things, I expect and I’m sure that we’ll be part of the World Cup, and it will be the newest stadium among the venues, at least in Spain. And TM doesn't want to miss out on this historical opportunity.

‘AMUNT VALENCIANS’ – Giving up the front of their jersey for that very special day. How did that decision come about? Because I believe that speaks volumes about the company, its commitment, and its sensitivity.

This was initiated based on a request from Valencia CF, who really came up with the idea—it couldn’t have been any other way. We embraced this initiative because the moment demanded it; it’s part of our company’s DNA to follow the idea and help make it a success. We, as a company, also made significant contributions to the DANA relief efforts, just a few days after the disaster. That moment was very moving, and we experienced it again here at Mestalla that day. It’s a symbol from the heart, and although we hope we never have to do something like that again, for any similar initiative, Valencia CF knows that we will be up to the task.
