López: "We won a very important match for us"

Diego López gave his verdict on the win over Real Valladolid at Mestalla. 

The win

We won a match that was very important for us, to get out of the relegation places that hurt to be in so much. Now we have to continue to climb positions in the table and suffer as little as possible in what remains of the season.

The performance

We had a very good first half, but their goal made us nervous in the final minutes of the first half when we rushed. In the second half we achieved the victory with more ambition than good play, and the important thing was to get the victory in this tough season. All the teams make you suffer.
