A great experience for U12 players with which Valencia CF have resumed their activity in the Asian giant
Valencia CF's bat has been part of the Chinese New Year celebrations that took place a few days ago with the beginning of the Year of the Dragon. Taking advantage of the school holidays to mark this holiday, Valencia CF have held a VCF Soccer Camp in Beijing to resume their activity in the Asian giant after COVID-19.
A large group of 12-year-olds enjoyed the VCF Camp in Beijing for 5 days, where they were able to enjoy football and learn more about the methodology of the VCF Academy, the fourth best in Europe in the training of players to compete at the elite level, according to the latest report from the CIES Football Observatory.
A GREAT SUCCESS
The VCF Camp Beijing has been a great success in terms of organisation and participation," said Francesc García, who witnessed in situ the enthusiasm of the youngest players who took part in the VCF Camp Beijing from 4 to 8 February.
"The participants have enjoyed the experience and have learned a lot with the training tasks based on the methodology of the VCF Academy," says Francesc, who works regularly at the VCF Academy with these age groups as assistant coach of VCF Alevín A.
TRAINING LIKE PROFESSIONALS
The players from Tiger 5 FC and other clubs have had a wonderful experience with the Valencia CF coaches," says Ian Liu, owner of Tigers 5 FC, the club that helped organise VCF Camp Beijing.
"They have been training like professionals and have learned to be focused on the objectives of each training session and have a positive attitude towards what they have to do. As the days have gone by, they have realised that taking things seriously makes football more enjoyable," said Ian Liu".
"I believe this unforgettable experience will be of great help to the players, not only in football but more importantly in their future endeavours. It has been a great honour for Tiger 5 FC to participate in making this happen".
GETTING BACK TO WORK IN CHINA
This VCF Soccer Camp in Beijing is Valencia CF's first activity in China after the 2020 COVID-19. The club, through the VCF Academy Programs, has been present in the Asian giant in recent years and intends to resume pre-pandemic activity in a strategic market.
This first VCF Camps Beijing took place in the days leading up to the Chinese New Year festivities, thus being the starting point for a future full of common projects, as Ian Liu points out:
"We wish all Valencia CF fans a prosperous year of the Dragon. Happy Chinese New Year! Amunt Valencia CF!"
vcf academy programs
The VCF Soccer Camps, international alliances, technical consultancy and VCF Soccer Academy that the VCF Academy has in strategic markets in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia are all part of the VCF Soccer Academy Programs that help to expand the Valencia CF brand and what its colours symbolise globally.
This Internationalisation Strategy has been a finalist in the World Football Summit Awards 2023.
The main objective of the VCF Soccer Academy Programs, in addition to expanding the image of Valencia CF and its philosophy around the world, is to take the training methods of Valencia CF to any part of the planet and to spread the values that always accompany this Club, making the participants enjoy and learn from the hand of the best professionals of the Valencia CF Academy.
The Valencia CF Soccer Camps, Training Stages, the VCF Soccer Academy and the Sports Consultancy services are just some examples of this great project.
