INSTITUTIONAL VISIT FROM DOMINICAN REPUBLIC DELEGATION

A DELEGATION MADE UP OF DIFFERENT EXECUTIVES VISITED MESTALLA TO LEARN ABOUT 'BEST PRACTICES' FROM VALENCIA CF

Valencia CF hosted the Dominican Republic football league, the country's football federation and some of its main clubs, in an institutional visit to Mestalla. A training and educational experience, it was also the opportunity for an exchange of knowledge.

Different executives from Cibao FC, Atlético San Cristóbal, Atlético Vega Real, Club Atlético Pantoja, Delfines del Este FC, Moca FC and OYM FC, as well as a delegation from the two local organisations, spent two days in Valencia.

Different aspects of club management and 'best practices', in fields such as stadium business and international business development, were explained.

The Dominican football delegation saw the Mestalla hospitality area in depth, took a tour of the stadium and the Ciudad Deportiva, and also had access to the methodology, the training philosophy and the international expansion plan of the VCF Academy - recently highlighted as the fourth best in Europe according to the CIES Football Observatory. They watched the VCF Juvenil B side play a game.

On Saturday, January 20th, the visit concluded with a Matchday explanatory meeting with the LALIGA Match Director and the Valencia CF Security Department, ahead of the LaLiga EA Sports game won by Valencia CF against Athletic Club at Mestalla.

This type of institutional visits are a common practice, since many clubs and federations want to learn more about the operation of Valencia CF, its facilities and projects, in addition to exchanging experience with those at the club.
