Andrés Liendo is a young player and coach at the VCF Soccer Academy in Houston, where he represents the Under-19s team on the pitch. The Venezuelan talent recently had a chance to visit Valencia, spending a week at the Ciudad Deportiva in an immersion scheme.
Liendo would also meet with Valencia CF player Yunus Musah, who gave him some PUMA boots as a gift, and watch a game at Mestalla.

“For a boy who dreams of playing football, it is indescribable what it means to be able to come to Valencia, train at the Ciudad Deportiva and visit Mestalla. I imagine that every child dreams of stepping onto the pitch there."
Liendo was able to train with the VCF Juvenil teams, watch VCF Mestalla and VCF Femenino in action, and do some coaching with the 8-a-side teams.
“What I like the most about being a coach at the VCF Soccer Academy in Houston is the very strong methodology and structure. Kids pick up good qualities and tools for football. Above all, we train players and develop people."
