Edinson Cavani has been a fixture for Uruguay's senior side during the World Cup qualifiers helping Diego Alonso’s side achieve qualification with his involvements, runouts and his experience against sides like Colombia, Paraguay or Peru. 

At 35 years of age, Edinson Cavani will play his fourth World Cup, being amongst the goals for Valencia CF this season with four goals from seven games has earned him a call-up for Uruguay's senior side. 

Edinson Cavani will be looking forward to contributing with goals for his national team in Qatar 2022 as well as showcasing his wealth of experience and knowledge at the World Cup stage.
