Eating healthily is as important as ever during this time in which millions of people are forced to stay inside their homes, and Valencia CF nutritionist Carlos Ferrando took to VCF Media to give his dietary advice for the situation.
Amongst his recommendations, Carlos highlights:
Maintaining dietary routines as much as possible, resting and undertaking physical activity.
Planning what you are going to buy to eat, how much, and what you are going to cook.
Adapting consumption to the level of physical activity performed, as well as following a varied diet with sufficient fruit, vegetables and protein.
