The VCF Academy side ran out 2-0 winners in Naples to claim a new trophy to their trophy winning season after winning the Coca Cola cup (Georgia) and the Surf Cup (Salou)
VCF Infantil A arrived in Italy with the allure of excitement of living new international experiences and thus, add a new international trophy to their trophy cabinet having picked up the Coca Cola Cup, held in Georgia, and the Surf Cup in Salou.
The VCF Academy side reached the semifinals after a perfect putting in a perfect run in the group stage. They beat Venezia by a 4-0 scoreline in the semifinals and they emphatically eased past Benevento by a 7-0 scoreline where Dani Jiménez and Jaume Durà were named top scorer and MVP of the tournament respectively.
LEAGUE TITLE CHASE
Javier Sanchís’ side are targeting to cap off the season on a high note by claiming a quadruple, winning the Liga Autonómica infantil. VCF Infantil A lie in second place with one game in hand and a point behind the pacesetters.
The VCF Academy side want to join other VCF Academy sides who have won their respective leagues this season ahead of this three match run-in as they look to follow suit like VCF Mestalla, VCF Infantil , VCF Alevín A and Benjamín Fundación VCF A.
