VCF Academy recognised for internationalisation at World Football Summit

Valencia CF and the VCF Academy have been selected as finalists in the World Football Summit Industry Awards, in the category of Best Internationalisation Strategy by Deloitte.

The WFS Industry Awards highlight the work done to extend the brand image of Valencia CF and the working methodology of the VCF Academy -one of the best academies in Europe in the training of players for the elite, according to the latest reports from the CIES Football Observatory.

The awards gala will take place on September 28th in Seville during the World Football Summit 2022, the largest international event in the football industry.

VCF Academy World Cup

Last June, 10 teams from all over the world enjoyed the first edition of the VCF Academy World Cup at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna.

The 1st VCF Academy World Cup was a great success. The players were given the chance to experience football and culture at the tournament which Yunus Musah, Valencia CF and USA national team player, is an ambassador of. 

After a successful first edition, the aim is to expand the VCF Academy World Cup and increase the number of teams participating in this great tournament, which will once again bring teams together from all corners of the world at the Ciutat Esportiva de Paterna next June. 

Valencia CF Soccer Academy Programs

The VCF Soccer Academy that the VCF Academy has in strategic markets in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia are part of the VCF Soccer Academy Programs that help expand the Valencia CF brand and what its colours symbolise worldwide.

The main objective of the VCF Soccer Academy Programs, in addition to expanding the image of Valencia CF and its philosophy throughout the world, is to take the training methods of Valencia CF to any part of the planet and spread the values ​​that always accompany this Club.

The VCF Academy also runs VCF Soccer Camps, Training Camps and Sports Consulting services in many other countries and locations, as well as strategic alliances with various clubs in Europe and America -such as that recently signed with the Club Cumbaya Spirit of Ecuador to promote women's football.

ECA Women’s Football Award

The commitment to women's football is shown both at the Ciudad Deportiva, where the youth and senior teams are fully integrated at the facilities, and internationally. As a result, the VCF Academy has also been named as a finalist in the ECA Women's Football Award.
