VCF Academy players support respective national teams
A number of young international talents are watching the World Cup with interest
Close to 90% of the 440 players at the VCF Academy come from the Valencia region, but more and more international talent has been attracted to train or complete their training at the Ciudad Deportiva.
Several players from abroad come from countries that are represented in the 2022 World Cup.
Facu González from Uruguay, Rodrigo Rodrigues from Brazil, Tiago Riberio from Portugal and Spaniard Rubén Iranzo have all participated for their respective countries at youth level and are excited about watching the senior sides in action.
In the VCF Femenino B setup, Emma Rose Tovar will follow the performance of the US team, which features Valencia CF first team player Yunus Musah as a reference.
Ali Fadal, from VCF Juvenil A, hails from Ghana in the future, and Fafanding Cissé Senegal -all nations that will take part in the 2022 competition.
