The president of Valencia CF, Layhoon Chan, met the team from the Consorcio Provincial de Bomberos de Valencia, who are world champions in firefighter rescue competition.

She presented the firefighters with a signed match shirt. This was received by José Miguel Basset, chief inspector of the association. Club ambassador Miguel Tendillo and José Manuel Sempere, representing the VCF Footballers Association, also participated in the event. In addition, the consortium team had photos taken with Valencia CF players after the game against RCD Mallorca.
