Valencia CF launch awareness campaign against racism and will also join actions proposed by LaLiga and RFEF

Valencia CF have taken the initiative to launch their own campaign to raise awareness against racism and will also join the actions proposed by LaLiga and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).

The Club, reiterating their strongest condemnation and categorical position against this scourge that does not correspond to the values of the Club and their fans, will carry out the following online and offline actions to try to contribute to raising global awareness of the importance of eliminating racism and violence in all its forms from stadiums and society:

This article kicks off the campaign with the slogan 'TOGETHER against racism', which is reflected across all of the Club's networks and platforms.

In the match on Matchday 36 against RCD Mallorca to be played this coming Thursday at 7:30 pm kick-off time at the Estadio Mallorca Son Moix, the team will wear an armband and carry an anti-racism banner alongside RCD Mallorca. The players of both teams will pose together before the ball is kicked off, demonstrating that this is a shared and unanimous message.

On the other hand, in the match against RCD Espanyol on Matchday 37 of LaLiga, Valencia CF will hold a charity auction of the shirts that the players will wear in the match through the MatchWornShirt website and the proceeds will go to initiatives to promote integration, education in values and combat racism.
